Welcome to the DV Shipping platform. DV Shipping is a logistics and financial technology solution ("SaaS"). By creating an account, accessing our platform, or participating in events we promote (such as "DropExpo"), you agree in full to the terms below.
1. Nature of Registration and Data Use
1.1. Account Uniqueness: When registering with any arm of the DV Shipping group (including events, webinars, partnerships, or the logistics platform), the user creates a unique "DV ID".
1.2. Contact Authorization: The user expressly authorizes DV Shipping and its strategic partners to contact them via WhatsApp, Email, or Phone for commercial purposes, support, or exclusive offers, regardless of the registration source.
1.3. Data Ownership: Logistics performance data provided during registration (such as daily order volume) is used for system calibration and personalized offers, treated with commercial confidentiality, but belonging to DV Shipping's data intelligence for service improvement purposes.
2. Orders, Shipments and Deadlines
2.1. Processing: The average international shipping time is 7 to 15 business days, subject to force majeure variations (natural disasters, wars, pandemics, or customs strikes).
2.2. Refund Policy (Logistics): Once the order is posted at origin (China/Others), the service has been performed. Refunds are only possible if the goods return to the origin warehouse. International shipping is not refundable under any circumstances, as it is a service consumed at the time of shipment.
2.3. Price Variation: Product and shipping costs are fluctuating (dollar and fuel). DV Shipping reserves the right to adjust tables without prior notice for new orders. Orders already paid and processed will not be changed.
3. Fiscal and Customs Responsibility
3.1. Importer of the Shipment: The platform user (or their end customer) is the legal importer. DV Shipping acts only as a logistics and payment intermediary.
3.2. Taxation (II and ICMS): The user declares that they are aware that all shipments, regardless of value, are subject to inspection and taxation according to the legislation of the destination country.
3.3. Payment of Fees: The responsibility for monitoring and paying customs fees is exclusively the user's. DV Shipping does not cover unforeseen nationalization costs. Non-payment of fees by the user results in cargo abandonment (product loss) with no right to refund.
4. Financial Policy and Withdrawals (Wallet)
4.1. Virtual Wallet: Funds deposited on the platform are intended primarily for payment of products and shipping.
4.2. Withdrawal Policy: The user may request withdrawal of remaining balance by completing a Compliance form. Processing occurs within 7 business days for fraud and chargeback verification. A 10% administrative fee applies to cover operational costs and transaction taxes already collected by DV.
4.3. Fraud Block: Any suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or improper chargeback will result in immediate account blocking and balance retention for audit for up to 90 days.
5. Access to Features and Blocking
5.1. DV Shipping reserves the right to block or release system features based on the user account activation status. Inactive accounts may have restricted access to operational tools until they perform the first recharge or commercial validation.
6. Warehousing
6.1. Products stored for more than 90 days without movement will be subject to storage fees. After 120 days, items will be considered abandoned and discarded or donated, with no right to compensation.
7. General Provisions
7.1. Fiscal Immutability: For fiscal compliance reasons, changing the account holder's TaxID after the first financial transaction is not permitted. To change ownership, a new account must be created.
7.2. Acceptance: By clicking "Create Account", "Buy Ticket", or using our services, you electronically accept these terms, which have the legal validity of a contract.
