Welcome to DV Shipping. DV Shipping is a sourcing, fulfillment and logistics platform operated by DABLUE LLC. This page summarizes the main rules for using our services. The complete Platform Use and Service Agreement is presented inside the platform and must be read and accepted before an account can be used. If this summary and the Agreement differ, the Agreement accepted on the platform prevails.
1.1. Account Uniqueness: When registering with any arm of the DV Shipping group (including events, webinars, partnerships, or the logistics platform), the user creates a unique "DV ID".
1.2. Contact Authorization: The user expressly authorizes DV Shipping and its strategic partners to contact them via WhatsApp, Email, or Phone for commercial purposes, support, or exclusive offers, regardless of the registration source.
1.3. Data Ownership: Logistics performance data provided during registration (such as daily order volume) is used for system calibration and personalized offers, treated with commercial confidentiality, but belonging to DV Shipping's data intelligence for service improvement purposes.
2.1. Processing and Shipping: Orders are fulfilled by suppliers accredited by DV Shipping. The average international shipping time is 7 to 15 business days, subject to variations due to force majeure (natural disasters, wars, pandemics, or customs strikes).
2.2. Refunds: Once the order has been posted at origin, the service has been rendered. Refunds are only possible if the goods return to the origin warehouse. International freight is non-refundable.
2.3. Prices: Product and freight costs fluctuate (exchange rate and fuel) and may be adjusted for new orders without prior notice. Orders already paid and processed are not changed.
3.1. Importer: The platform user (or their end customer) is the legal importer of the shipment. Tracking and paying taxes and customs fees is the sole responsibility of the user. Non-payment results in abandonment of the cargo, with no right to a refund.
3.2. Storage: Products stored for more than 90 days without movement are subject to storage fees. After 120 days they are considered abandoned and may be discarded or donated, with no right to compensation.
4.1. Official Channels: All orders, payments and support are handled through the DV Shipping platform and its official accounts and channels. Payments made outside the platform are not recognized.
4.2. Wallet: Funds deposited on the platform are intended for the payment of products and freight.
4.3. Withdrawals: The remaining balance may be withdrawn through the Compliance form of the platform. Withdrawals are processed within 7 business days, for fraud and chargeback verification, and are subject to a fee of 8% on the amount withdrawn.
5.1. It is prohibited to sell, advertise or request through the platform replicas, counterfeits, or any product that infringes a trademark, patent or copyright of a third party, as well as to use the platform for fraud, money laundering, improper chargebacks, or any unlawful operation.
5.2. Suspension: A breach of the platform rules, or any suspicion of fraud, may lead to the immediate suspension of the account and to the retention of the balance for analysis for up to 90 days.
6.1. The DV Shipping platform, including its software, interface and workflows, is the exclusive property of DABLUE LLC. Copying it, reverse engineering it, or using the access granted to build or assist a competing service is not permitted.
7.1. Agreement: The complete Platform Use and Service Agreement is presented on the platform at registration and whenever it is updated. Using an account requires reading and accepting it electronically, which has the legal validity of a signed contract.
7.2. Updates: This page may be updated at any time. Changes to the Agreement only take effect for each account after the new version is published on the platform and accepted.
